The team consists of Thomas Lincoln, who leads as the Chief Executive Officer, and his children—Dylan, Sarah, and Molly—who contribute their skills in various capacities. Dylan, the Vice President, returned from exploring business opportunities nationwide and has played a significant role in revitalizing the organization since joining in 2020. Sarah, the Accounting Manager, also rejoined the family business in 2020 after her own educational and worldly adventures. Molly, the Operations Manager, adds a fresh perspective after completing her Master’s and officially joining the team in 2023.
