Mitchell Scott-Fell, the founder, grew up in Sydney, Australia, where he developed a strong work ethic working for his father's commercial building company and on their family cattle ranch. He pursued his education in Construction Management and Sustainable Development at Bond University before relocating to California. Mitchell's extensive career includes managing significant projects throughout the San Diego area, building over 3 million square feet of ground-up and renovated properties, including diverse sectors such as industrial, educational, federal buildings, and high-end custom homes.

Outside of work, Mitchell cherishes time with his wife and three young sons, enjoying outdoor activities such as skiing and fishing, as well as supporting the San Diego Padres.
