The team includes seasoned professionals such as Leo Ayala, our Lead Form Carpenter and Field Manager, who brings more than 25 years of concrete experience from working with some of the largest companies in the Treasure Valley. His in-depth knowledge allows us to tackle even the most challenging projects efficiently. Sara Jensen, our Office Manager, complements our team with nearly 20 years of experience in administrative tasks, having worked with various large commercial building firms across the West Coast. Her organizational skills and dedication contribute significantly to our operational efficiency.
Brandon Blake, our Lead Excavator, is another key player in our team. With over 10 years of heavy equipment operation experience, Brandon is adept at understanding site plans and managing grading and elevation challenges. His hands-on approach, coupled with his expertise in concrete breakouts and slab preparation, reinforces our team's capability to deliver exceptional results.
