Initially operated by Tom Brinley, Sr. with limited equipment and manpower, the company saw significant growth after relocating to Raleigh, North Carolina in 1981 due to a sagging economy in Kentucky. This strategic move allowed Brinley’s Grading to expand its offerings, serving both residential and commercial clients across the region.
