Central Florida Construction Services, commonly referred to as Central Contractors, has a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1972. Founded by Luke “Bo” Seignious, the company initially operated as both an electrical and plumbing contracting firm, serving the Highlands County area. As the local economy grew, Bo decided to focus exclusively on electrical contracting, leading to the company’s evolution into a specialized electrical contractor.
In 1983, Bo’s son, Scott Seignious, returned to Lake Placid, Florida, after gaining valuable experience in commercial electrical work. By 1987, he and his wife Tracy officially established Central Contractors of Highlands County, Inc. Over the years, the company has successfully completed thousands of jobs and built a strong reputation for quality and reliability in electrical services. With a dedicated team of nearly twenty employees, Central Contractors remains committed to upholding the highest industry standards while staying current with the latest National Electrical Codes.
