He transitioned into management at Pacific Construction in 1984 and later joined Swalling Construction Co., Inc. as a coating manager. Under his leadership since February 2011, the company has grown to specialize in coatings for fuel storage tanks, water reservoirs, treatment plants, highway bridges, and various sectors in the petrochemical industry. He is also an active member of NACE International, holding a certified coating inspection certificate, ensuring that all projects meet the highest industry standards.
David Arthun, serving as Vice President, brings a solid background in business and marketing to the company. After graduating from the University of Montana, he gained valuable experience at Sherwin Williams Paints, taking on various managerial roles. In 2007, he established Arthun Painting Inc., a commercial contracting firm before joining DAMA Industrial in 2011. David's involvement in community organizations demonstrates his commitment to the local economy and industry.
