Denmark Builders, LLC was established in 2016 by two brothers, Darren and Lance Denmark, alongside their friend Jeremy Blank. The founders brought a wealth of experience and unique talents to the table, aiming to make a significant impact in the construction market in and around Keystone Heights, Florida. Jeremy Blank has been actively involved in the construction industry since 2002 and obtained his Building Contractors License in 2008 and Roofing Contractors License in 2009. He previously managed his own construction company that specialized in roofing and remodeling before he transitioned to Denmark Builders, where he currently oversees multiple projects and serves as the residential field expert.
Darren Denmark, who has part-time experience in construction dating back to 2005, has an extensive background working for Pinpoint Construction on various residential and commercial projects. He is also a Lieutenant at the City of Palatka Fire Department, where he has been employed since 2010. On his days off from the fire department, Darren leads the field work for Denmark Builders.
Lance Denmark supports the company by managing the office operations and spearheading customer relations and sales. He holds degrees in General Business and Electronic Engineering Technology, and earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2009.
As of mid-2024, Denmark Builders has successfully completed their 100th home construction project, illustrating their capacity to handle a broad spectrum of projects, from homes as small as 1,000 square feet to those reaching 6,000 square feet.
