His journey began with Cooper Excavating in Everett, WA in 1998, where he provided services to a variety of builders and homeowners. After a hiatus during the downturn of the construction industry and gaining further experience at C&J Excavating, Randy established Excel Services to fulfill a growing demand for quality excavation work in his new community.
