High Plains Power is a member-owned electric cooperative dedicated to delivering reliable and affordable electricity to its members in rural and suburban areas of Wyoming. As a part of the national Touchstone Energy Cooperatives network, High Plains Power is one of the largest electric utility networks in the nation, serving over 30.5 million members through more than 700 local systems.
