JD Contractors, LLC, established in 2000 by Joe and Jackie Doub in Asheboro, NC, has built a solid reputation in the commercial concrete construction industry. With a commitment to quality, reliability, and professionalism, the company has successfully completed over 550 projects throughout its history. A significant portion of their work involves military projects at Ft. Bragg, including notable constructions such as the SOF Battalion Operations Facility, the Aerial Gunnery Range, the Army Reserve Center, and the NCO Academy. In addition to military installations, JD Contractors has also contributed to community facilities, like the new VA Medical Center in Fayetteville.
The company faced a tragic turn of events in March 2018 when founder Joe Doub passed away in an automobile accident. In 2019, the business was acquired by his friend Eric Brokmeyer and his wife Julia, which led to relocating the office to Southern Pines, NC. Despite the changes, the Brokmeyer family and the dedicated JD Contractors team remain focused on upholding the legacy of excellence set by Joe Doub. They continue to honor his memory with a halo in their logo, signifying their commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while dedicating their efforts to the community and military projects that define the company's mission.
