During this time, he contributed to numerous projects across the Bay Area, ultimately solidifying Matteson's reputation as a proficient infill multifamily development firm.
Earlier in his career, Baer was also a principal at Premier Properties, where he played a pivotal role in the acquisition, renovation, and management of over 30 properties, further enhancing his industry expertise.
