Founded by Gary Kapp with support from his parents, the company began as a landscaping and excavation business, operating out of a trailer in his yard. Under Gary's leadership, and with the contributions of long-time friend and Project Manager Roger Mills, the company expanded into underground utility construction, notably installing sewer and water systems for residential developments. Additionally, Ricky Yorgason, another of Gary's sons, has played key roles in various facets of the business since his return in 2010, now serving as Vice President. Kapp Construction is also known for Kapp U-cart Concrete, launched in partnership with U-cart of America in 2000, providing innovative concrete solutions.
