KCS Cleaning LLC is a family-run business that has been delivering exceptional cleaning services since its inception in 1982. Founded by Rick Kuhlman and his wife, Terri, in their Watertown, WI garage, KCS has grown from a small operation into a dependable provider of commercial cleaning services in multiple communities across Southeast Wisconsin and North Carolina. Initially operating with just the two of them for the first two years, the Kuhlmans quickly established a reputation for quality and reliability. Over the years, the company expanded its footprint to include areas such as Oconomowoc, Waterloo, and even Madison, thereby growing its team to over 60 dedicated cleaners.
In 2015, facing rapid growth, Rick brought in Chris Wredberg, a former employee, to assist in managing the company. Following Rick’s retirement in December 2018, Chris took over management, ensuring that KCS retained its family-oriented values. Under Chris’s leadership, KCS opened a second office serving the Madison/Sun Prairie area in 2019, and a third office in Fuquay-Varina, NC in 2020, further demonstrating the company's commitment to expansion and community service.
