His extensive experience includes acquisitions, funding, entitlements, project coordination, land use and zoning management, construction administration, and property disposition across various real estate sectors.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Leighton is actively involved in community service, having served on multiple boards, including as a founding member of the Community Redevelopment Agency for Palm City. He also took on leadership roles with the Business Development Board of Martin County and the Martin County Local Planning Agency, contributing to local economic development and planning. Currently, Mr. Leighton supports OPERATION 300, a non-profit dedicated to mentoring children of fallen soldiers, further showcasing his commitment to community service and patriotism.
