The company was founded by Jon Walker, who transitioned from aspirations of cattle farming to the construction industry after discovering opportunities in food processing facilities. His vision led to the growth of Mid-Tec into a multi-million dollar enterprise. In 2002, the leadership was passed on to Jonathan Walker’s son and son-in-law, ensuring the continuity of the family-run ethos.
