Alongside his partner Callista, who has a background in education, they worked to develop training programs focused on the benefits and practical implementation of ICF construction. Their efforts proved successful, leading to the strategic decision to expand the business considerably.
In early 2023, engineer and entrepreneur Jim Gartner joined the team, investing in the growing company and helping to rebrand it as NexGen ICF, symbolizing a mission geared towards the next generation of builders. NexGen ICF's systems are designed to streamline the construction process by combining multiple traditional construction steps into one, thereby offering a cost-effective, resilient, and environmentally-friendly alternative.
