The company was established by three partners—Dean Oliver, Tim Little, and Tony Gipson—who are childhood friends united by their passion for engineering. Each partner brings a wealth of expertise, having previously worked in the defense, space, and rocket industry, including significant tenures at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center and the Arnold Engineering Development Center.
