Ruppert Inc is a versatile construction company founded in 2005 by brothers Josh, Nate, and Tim Ruppert. Originally starting with a diverse range of services such as framing, excavation, interior and exterior remodeling, and snow removal, the company quickly grew to maintain a workforce of 25 to 30 full-time employees. As the business expanded, it became clear that the operations should be divided into two separate entities to enhance efficiency. This led to the establishment of Josh Ruppert Construction, which took over much of the framing and general building work in 2015. Furthermore, Josh recently acquired Johnson Iron Works, focusing on structural steel fabrication.
Currently, Ruppert Inc concentrates primarily on general engineering and commercial snow removal, along with occasional residential projects. During the summer months, the company handles excavation projects, including site work for commercial and residential buildings, as well as paving and material hauling. In the winter, Ruppert Inc shifts its focus to snow removal services, targeting public and private roadways, parking lots, and housing communities under the name Alpine Snow Removal.
The company boasts a significant inventory of heavy equipment, including wheel loaders, excavators, rollers, and specialized snow removal machinery. With an average team of 20 summer employees and 10 to 15 winter staff, Ruppert Inc ensures that its operations are managed effectively throughout the year. Additionally, a dedicated team of 2 to 4 employees oversees the maintenance and repair of the company’s equipment, as well as custom fabrication for truck bodies and construction equipment. Ruppert Inc continues to build on its philosophy of quality service and community involvement.
