Established in 2009 by Randy Miller, Sawtooth Welding & Fabrication LLC is a comprehensive metal fabrication shop located in Nampa, Idaho. With over 25 years of experience in the fabrication industry, the company offers a diverse range of services focusing on precise metalworking capabilities. Sawtooth Welding is equipped with advanced machinery, including a 3-axis CNC mill and a CNC plasma table with an Oxy/Acetylene attachment, allowing them to cut materials up to 4 inches thick. The facility also features a variety of other essential equipment, such as a CNC Marvel 16"x20" band saw for processing large bundles of material quickly, two large lathes, two manual mills, an Edwards 75-ton ironworker, a 12'x3/8" shear, and a 300-ton press brake.
The skilled workforce at Sawtooth Welding includes certified welders trained in AWS D1.1 and D1.6 standards, specializing in both carbon and stainless steel.
