Founded in 1979, Sierra National Construction, Inc. (SNC) is a prominent general engineering and building contractor based in Carmichael, California. Initially established to create high-end custom homes and small commercial projects, the company evolved its focus over the years to specialize predominantly in a diverse range of public works projects across Northern California. SNC marked its first significant commercial endeavor with the construction of the Riverbank Marina in 1984, followed by its first public works project, the design/build of the Old Sacramento Moorage Facility in 1987.
